          •    Files are delivered as high-resolution JPG files suitable for print and digital use.
          •    Block-Figure files are formatted for print at approximately 1:1 scale, (roughly 2” tall).

2. CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS (Digital Only)

STYLE OPTIONS
          •    Flats (full flat colours, no shading) – Included within prices above
          •    Shades (full flat colour with cel shading, not applicable to Block-Figures) – ADD $100
          •    Lines (1 flat colour only, solid fill, no separate colours) – SUBTRACT $50 from prices above
          •    Non-explicit artistic or sensual nudity – Final price increases by 50%

UPGRADE OPTIONS
          Illustration-Style Background Behind Subject
                    •    Minimal Scene (non-complex suggestion of setting) – ADD $50

          Collectible-Style Base Under Subject
                    •    Thematic (stylised elements related to character) – ADD $75

3. WORKFLOW

          1. Inquiry
                    •    Send me a message via Instagram DM or via my website contact form only
                    •    Include email address for communication and payment requests
                    •    Include commission type, customization options, character, any other descriptors
                    •    Artistic interpretation applies unless details are specified

          2. Quote & Approval
                    •    I will confirm availability and pricing
                    •    50% deposit is required before work begins
                    •    Receipt of first payment begins the commission

          3. Sketch Phase
                    •    Rough digital sketch will be provided (all formats, including Sketch Cards) 
                    •    Maximum of 2 revision rounds are included
                    •    Additional revisions will increase the cost
                    •    A revised sketch will be provided after each revision round
                    •    Major changes are locked after sketch approval 

          4. Final Phase
                    •    Remaining 50% of payment is required 
                    •    Final artwork will be delivered when complete
                    •    Very minor refinements are allowed within 7 days of delivery
                    •    Refinements include slight corrections that do not alter the overall design
                    •    7 days after delivery, the commission is considered complete

          5. Delivery
                    •    Digital commissions = email delivery only (No physical product) 
                    •    Traditional = shipped item only (No digital final product)
                    •    No layered files are provided 
                    •    You are responsible for saving file and backup
                    •    Replacement files will not be available

          6. Shipping  (Traditional Commissions Only)
                    •    Worldwide UNTRACKED Lettermail from Canada is included
                    •    You are responsible for any customs / duties that may apply
                    •    If item has not arrived within 30 business days from being sent, contact me for solutions

          7. Payment
                    •    PayPal only in USD, ‘Friends And Family’ preferred, but not required
                    •    Payment requests will be sent to the email you provided
                    •    Items will be shipped to the street address on your PayPal profile only
                    •    Refunds are only available as specifically outlined in the Cancellation / Refunds policy above.

4. POLICIES

GENERAL
          •    All artwork is personally illustrated by myself, either traditionally or digitally.
          •    Multiple characters are priced individually 
          •    Sketch cards = one character per card 
          •    No exclusivity of characters is granted, others can commission the same characters
          •    Similarity of designs may occur across commissions depending on subject matter

TURNAROUND
          •    All commissions are on a first come, first served basis
          •    No deadlines or rush orders are accepted
          •    Communication and completion timing varies with workload
          •    Delays will be communicated when needed 

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS
          Customer Cancellation:
                    •    Payments for completed phases are non-refundable
                    •    Incomplete phases will be refunded, and the commission is considered closed
                    •    Incomplete artwork will not be delivered
                    •    After a commission is considered complete as outlined in the Workflow section, all sales are considered final.

          Artist Cancellation for Personal Reasons:
                    •    A full refund will be issued

          Artist Cancellation for Misconduct / Terms Violation:
                    •    I reserve the right to terminate the commission in cases of violation of these terms, including but not limited to:
                              o    Abusive behaviour
                              o    Harassment
                              o    Chargeback threats
                    •    Any payments will be retained as compensation for work performed
                    •    No further artwork will be delivered or owed
                    •    The commission will be considered closed

USAGE RIGHTS
          •    All commissions are personal use only unless licensed separately.
          •    I retain all rights to use the work on my website, social media platforms, and / or personal portfolio (printed or digital).

ALLOWED USES:
          •    Personal use or display
          •    Personal avatar, wallpaper, or other personal digital display
          •    Social posting (with 1 linked credit):
                    o    Instagram:  @barrybradfieldart
                    o    Website:  www.barrybradfield.com

PROHIBITED USES (includes, but not limited to):
          •    Selling merchandise or using in online shops or storefronts
          •    Producing physical or digital goods for commercial use, resale, or mass production
          •    Using for manufacturing, product development, packaging, or production templates
          •    Branding, logos, advertising, marketing, or business identity
          •    Public or commercial display in stores, booths, or conventions
          •    Print or digital distributed media
          •    Websites or monetized content platforms 
          •    NFTs or blockchain-related use 
          •    Paid or free content, subscriptions, or downloads 
          •    Altering, editing, or reworking the artwork beyond potential cropping to fit social media posting requirements 
          •    Using the artwork as part of another design
          •    Minting, licensing, or redistributing the artwork in any form
          •    Sharing, selling, or giving the file to another party for any purpose, except for personal, non-commercial gifting

If unauthorized use occurs, I reserve the right to require the unauthorized use to cease and / or require the purchase of an appropriate commercial or extended-use license.  Additional licensing fees may be based on the nature and extent of the unauthorized use.  Continued unauthorized use after written notice may result in additional fees and / or other remedies available under applicable law.

5. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

PROHIBITED CONTENT:
          1. Explicit Content
                    •    Nudity intended for sexual purposes
                    •    Nude or sexualized imagery of real people (including celebrities in character roles)
                    •    Explicit sexual acts and behaviour
                    •    Problematic relationships
                    •    Situations involving minors

          2. Hate, Violence, & Offensive Material
                    •    Racist, sexist, or discriminatory imagery 
                    •    Promotion of hate groups or ideologies 
                    •    Excessively graphic violence, gore, or torture
                    •    Real-world criminal or non-stylized depictions of weapon use or violent acts
                    •    Drug use, production, trafficking, or abuse-related content
                    •    Depictions of self-harm or encouragement of self-harm
                    •    Minors in sexual, violent, or inappropriate situations

          3. Real-Life People
                    •    Private individuals, including family members, friends, or acquaintances
                    •    Celebrities outside of character roles, influencers, or public figures
                    •    Face swaps or compositing
                    •    Real people in private, sensitive, or non-consensual contexts
                    •    Content that infringes on others’ rights in a problematic way

          4. Political, Religious, or Controversial Material
                    •    Any political person or figure
                    •    Any religious or anti-religious person or figure
                    •    Campaign or propaganda art for political parties 
                    •    Depictions that could be inflammatory 
                    •    Content intended to incite anger or controversy

          5. Outside My Comfort or Skill
                    •    Subjects outside my skill set or comfort level, including but is not limited to:
                    •    Furries / anthropomorphism
                    •    Original characters (OCs)
                    •    Highly complex machinery / extreme anatomy
                    •    Animals, vehicles, landscapes
                    •    Certain artistic styles
                    •    Requests that are highly time-consuming, overly complex, or exceed the agreed scope or pricing
                    •    Projects requiring excessive micromanagement, unclear direction, or unrealistic expectations
