As Project Manager and Lead Designer for the Minimates and Vinimates collectible figure lines, I oversaw all stages of development—from concept and licensor approvals to sculpting, production, packaging, and promotion. Over the course of my tenure I contributed to the creation of more than 3,500 Minimates and 1,300 additional product designs until the company closed in May 2025.

• Line Planning: Evaluated licenses, planned character assortments, and structured release waves for mass retail and specialty markets.
• Figure Design: Created 2D turnarounds for approvals, sculpting, and factory production—balancing stylization, likeness accuracy, and tooling feasibility.
• Production Art: Developed detailed tampo pad print files and graphical elements with exacting precision for prototyping and mass production.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Guided sculptors, painters, and factories with clear direction, feedback, and technical documentation.
• Packaging & Promotion: Designed headshots, impact art, and packaging layouts; created trade show graphics, posters, and comic cover art (varied by license).
